Feature requests

Currently, contacts can only update their name and email address through their Zeffy profile. It’d be great if they could also update things like address, phone number, etc. This would allow us to have the most up-to-date information on how to get a hold of our donors and members.

I would like to reach out to my donors by text message and enable them to donate from their phone

Allow users to change the text on the donate button to their choice, such as "Register" or "Give", etc.

We would like to be able to set a date for ticket sales to open, such as with Early Bird tickets where there is a defined period for that ticket price to be available.

When adding choices in an MCQ, sometimes it's necessary to reorder the choices. Right now, it's necessary to re-enter all the options in the order you want them. It would be better if, instead of needing to retype them in the correct order, we could simply move the existing options up and down either using up and down arrows (similar to the way it's possible to reorder questions in a form), or with an option to drag and drop them in the desired order. In addition to this, if the choices are reordered after the form has been completed by donors or purchasers, it would be necessary to ensure the correct choices are reflected.

I received this from someone regarding another platform and I think this would be a great feature for Zeffy to have as well. Have you ever started to purchase something online…got so far as entering your email but then LIFE happened and you forgot? Then PING… You got an "Abandoned Cart" email from that business and you completed your purchase! It would be idea for Zeffy to send a similar email reminder a donor/participant to remember to finish their transaction.

It would be really nice to organize a silent auction and to manage it on Zeffy directly.

On e-commerce forms, it would be great if individuals could click on the image and for it to expand. That way, the image would be easier to see! -- Sur les formulaires de commerce électronique, il serait bon que les personnes puissent cliquer sur l'image et qu'elle s'agrandisse. Ainsi, l'image serait plus facile à voir!

Based on our nonprofit's average donation size and best practices on proposing amounts to donors, I'd like Zeffy to propose donation amounts on my donation form that will optimize the donation size we receive.

As the title says, I need a variable like this one, it'd be so useful to use in a model. I'm sure there are plenty of other useful variables that could be added too, instead of only having Name, surname, and date !
